Binder+Co AG hereby announces that the Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH has sold 140,000 Binder+Co shares as of 20 February, 2008 to unknown national and international investors. With this sale, the Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH shareholding falls to 35.95% (1,348,100 shares) of the registered capital.
